The pixel said 8 purchases, the store had 3. We read thirty days of abandoned checkouts one by one: 6 of 9 who reached payment left on the card step, and two of them already had free shipping.

Hypothesis handed to us: shipping cost. Records said otherwise: all six drop-offs had selected shipping and stopped at the card screen; two were above the free-shipping threshold.
We tested the real path (add to cart → drawer button → checkout URL → shipping → card), branded the payment screen, moved instalment info to the product page and cart, and asked the client for the gateway's failed-transaction list.
Daily abandonment and checkout-step reports now run from Shopify records, not the pixel. Six ordered checks for your own store.
