These Terms of Service govern the use of web design, digital marketing, creative production and AI automation services provided by ElevateWeb. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

ElevateWeb provides clients with web design and development, performance marketing, creative production and AI automation solutions. The scope, timeline and pricing of each project is determined by a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payment plans for projects are specified in the contract. As standard, 50% payment is made at the start of the project and 50% upon delivery. For monthly retainer services, payment is invoiced at the beginning of each month. Services may be suspended in case of late payments.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon project completion and full payment, delivered designs and code are transferred to the client. ElevateWeb reserves the right to use projects for reference and portfolio purposes. Third-party license terms (fonts, stock images, software) apply where relevant.

5. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as stated in the contract. Additional revisions may be charged separately. Requests outside the project scope are treated as scope changes and presented with a separate proposal.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties are obligated to protect confidential information obtained during and after the business relationship. Client data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElevateWeb commits to providing services at the highest professional standards. However, it cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages arising from third-party technical issues. Total liability is limited to the fees received for the relevant project.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for completed work. Ongoing monthly services end at the end of the next billing cycle.
