Setting up a Shopify store takes a day; making it sell takes months. We do both: setup, migration off the old platform, catalogue clean-up, checkout diagnosis, multilingual stores, and ads and measurement run by the same hands. Below is what we did, with numbers from real stores.
Six work items on the Shopify side. You do not have to take them all — measurement comes with every one of them.
Theme, payments (PayTR, iyzico), free-shipping threshold, currency format, e-invoicing, Google accounts — set up in one pass.
From IdeaSoft, Ticimax or ikas — order history, products, images and redirects all come with you.
Tags turned into structured fields, search titles and descriptions, collection schema, duplicate products removed.
We test the real path from cart to payment page and hand you an abandonment report that names the step.
Products, collections, filters, theme. A reviewer separate from the translator checks every string.
Meta, Google Shopping, Merchant Center, GA4 — in your own accounts, reported weekly.
Every row has a case page, and the source is written on it.

IdeaSoft → Shopify migration, 1,011 products enriched, EN/RU/AR added.

Product feed, measurement, cart recommendations, homepage order and ad management.

Figures are taken from the store admin panels and Search Console; each row carries its own date.
When we mapped Hashimi's funnel the problem was not the shipping fee — it was the card screen. We did not guess it; we found it by walking the real path from cart to payment. Get the diagnosis wrong and everything built on top of it is wasted.
Before touching the store we map the funnel: who arrives, who adds to cart, who reaches checkout, who buys.
Every script touching 1,011 products has a dry run, a backup and a rollback. Bulk writes can break a store, so we go slowly on purpose.
Analytics, Merchant Center, ad account — all opened under your Google account. We are authorised users, nothing more.
The panel number and the store's own record sit side by side. If the mistake is ours, we still write it down.
Shopify snags in three places in Turkey, and we have hit all three.
Shopify Payments is not available in Turkey. Instalments, 3D Secure and refunds are wired separately through PayTR or iyzico — and the card screen is often where the money leaks.
The theme prints "6,390.00 TL" while checkout prints "6.390,00 TL". Unless both read one setting, the customer thinks they changed shops.
Change a product handle and Shopify does not redirect the old URL for you. It is written by hand — otherwise your Google ranking goes with it.

Fixed bands are written down; scope-dependent items go in the quote. Setup, migration and monthly retainer bands are walked through in the call.
Minimum ₺6,000. Tags, search titles, descriptions, collection schema.
For e-commerce: llms.txt, structured data, product data opened up to machines.
No number before the scope is clear. The first call is free.
In a free call we map the funnel together: who arrives, and where they disappear. No invented numbers.
