Four Bodrum restaurants kept their menus in a QR app with no title, description or schema; anyone searching "çökertme kebab" landed on the provider's domain, not the restaurant. How we moved 920 items onto their own sites.

The QR menu app rendered an empty shell to crawlers; all search value accrued to the provider's domain.
Instead of retyping, we pulled 920 items structurally from the provider's public API; 292/292 verified against a printed list; discovered the two pizzerias had different menus (45 shared, 19 + 33 unique).
Menus went native on the sites without prices, "order at the table" still links to the QR app, restaurant + menu schema added — Google now shows "featured on menu: çökertme kebab". Five checks for your own menu.
